What a journey it's been! Looking back to the days when we produced fresh mozzarella to shred, operating out of a small industrial unit – it is clear to see that quite a lot has changed around here…

Whilst our team has significantly expanded and our food processing technology has certainly become more progressive, one thing remains the same – and that’s our expertise and love of cheese!

We're now very proudly the UK's leading cheese processor, grating, shredding, dicing, slicing and blending cheeses for a wide array of uses across the globe!

What can we say – just like cheese we get better with age.
