Essential Requirements

Are you a dynamic expert in the food service sector, with proven experience of excellent management skills, driving and maintaining client relationships within wholesale cash and carry, multi depot foodservice, food manufacturing and distribution? If so, this could be the ideal opportunity for you to grow your career and add value to a reputable and innovative dairy manufacturing company

The role holder will have experience and skills in:

• Managing a remote team.
• Creation and delivery of improvement strategies.
• Confidently researching, processing, and analysing key data.
• Collaborating with marketing teams and professionally promoting services at trade days.

Our people are the key to our success, the Senior Commercial Manager will need strong leadership skills – recruiting and managing remote Business Development Managers, effectively coaching the team to deliver excellence and efficiency.

The successful candidate will report directly to our Co-CEO’s and based in Islington, London which is our commercial and marketing hub, with a visit to our Head Office based in Seaham, County Durham once a month.
