Your Role:

As part of our friendly and experienced quality team, you'll help ensure the highest product standards for our customers. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting internal checks, including incoming goods and finished product testing
• Recording and analysing data on our cheese testing database
• Maintaining paperwork and sample traceability
• Supporting food safety, quality, and new product development initiatives

What You’ll Bring:

• Degree in Food Science and Nutrition (desirable)
• Previous experience in a food environment
• Understanding of QC testing methods and sampling procedures
• Strong IT and written communication skills
• Ability to manage your workload independently and effectively under pressure
• Experience using quality management systems and maintaining documentation
