This is a great opportunity to join our growing team as a Production Operative. You will play a key role in maintaining product quality, ensuring smooth processes, and helping us meet daily production targets.

We have day and night shift patterns available working Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.

Role Will Include:

• Unwrapping and preparing cheese using safety tools and mechanical cutters
• Inspecting, flipping, and loading cheese blocks onto conveyors
• Packing grated cheese into boxes and palletising finished products
• Cleaning work areas and equipment as part of our hygiene protocols
• Operating Electric Pallet Trucks (training provided)

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is desirable
• Good physical stamina and ability to carry out manual and repetitive tasks up to 20KG
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• A team player who can adapt and communicate well in a fast-paced setting
• Ability to understand written and verbal instructions and safety information in English
