Maintenance Technician

An exciting opportunity has arisen for the right candidate to join our Engineering Department. Working alongside a small team and reporting into the Engineering supervisor, you will be responsible for the following in your day to day role:

  • Pre-planned maintenance on our four production lines
  • Reacting to and resolving breakdowns and issues in the production area
  • Carrying out maintenance tasks identified during the fabrication audits
  • Liaising with other departments to resolve any maintenance issues


  • Must have a minimum of a HNC in a relevant discipline
  • Preferably have a minimum of 2 years experience within the food industry
  • Preferably multi skilled with an electrical bias but also capable of mechanical repair and maintenance
  • Good knowledge of control systems and inverters
  • Experience of installation of equipment

Additional Information:

  • You will be on a rotating shift pattern working a mix of day, back and night shift

Export Coordinator

Reporting to the Commercial Director and Export Supervisor you will be responsible for the following activities when carrying out your duties:

  • Liaise with production to ensure a smooth and timely operation to ensure finished goods are ready on time to meet loading schedules.
  • Create order forms on export database and update communication log.
  • Requesting Shipping rates and schedules from forwarding agents.
  • Arranging shipping; loading times and dates with warehouse staff and forwarding agents.
  • Ensure pallet labels are filled in correctly for orders.
  • Overseeing the loading of overseas deliveries.
  • Updating the system with all relevant information following loading, uploading images and documents.
  • Liaise with production to create samples for potential new customers.
  • Arrange relevant transport for the collection and delivery of samples.
  • Corresponding with customers regarding samples and requesting feedback.
  • Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
  • Maintains professional knowledge, establishing personal networks.

UK Sales Coordinator

UK Sales Coordinator

Reporting to the UK Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for the following when carrying out your duties:

  • Liaise with customers on a daily basis to confirm requirements and ensure 100% customer satisfaction, process orders and customer invoices (ensure customer receives copy).
  • Maintain relationships with customers by providing support, information and guidance.
  • Liaise with transport to ensure the prompt delivery of goods and to keep customers up to date with delivery schedules. Assist with the route planning for deliveries.
  • Liaise with sales reps and provide information to them in order to gain repeat custom.
  • Liaise with graphics and IT to create information leaflets for new products
  • Assist with general reception duties.
